Apr 2021 Monthly Update

After past March 2021, we thought we are safe as COVID-19 cases are getting lower, and getting vaccination. But, our friends in India is still encountering cases of COVID-19. Let summarize what we had progress in our blog. We have link up 7 flipboard magazines for weekly editions for readers who miss some of daily articles. Remember, we also posted podcast previously, we may restart upcoming months to provide listener option rather than reading. Our latest software introduction on AI platform – Cognimates, Digital Art platform – Turtle Art for Junior, Processing.py for Teens and young artists. In addition, we continue to make scratch game – One Night At Deadly’s on itcho.ch and gamejolt.

Mar 2021 Monthly Update

We had cross the 1st quarter of 2021. COVID-19 was coming down but then we hit another new wave of variant of virus. Another disruption and short lockdown, we may have to sit or stay at home. But we can do more to work on some of the Scratch projects and animation. We have start to introduce Machine Learning @AI on Scatch, Python Math Series, Python Drawing via Trinkle and APP Inventor in our blog and conducted Advanced Scratch Session 2 during Mar 2021. Finally, we posted our 1st campaign on DMC – Draw My Character and added our winners drawing on our Merchandise menu. We will have coming soon in Apr/2021 for new exciting challenges and activities.

Feb 2021 Monthly Update

Feb 2021, we have start to work on anther set of hardware – Raspberry Pi 400 mini computer, similar to Arduino, the Raspian OS has its own Scratch 3. Next, we continue to discuss on electronic 101 on diode, transistor, resistor, servomotor and DC current. Then we get to work on circuit diagram using TinkerCAD. Follow on we wired Arduino and Microbit with servomotor and DC fan.

JAN 2021 Monthly Update

Jan 2021, there is slight change in our outlook from COV19 pandemic, it seems we could finally see light after this dark tunnel. We had progressed from learning Scratch to get into microbits in Scratch. We are exploring new toys – Strawbees and Arduino using Blocky program. Since there is no Scratch link for these new toys, you can view these under the Instagram or blog section. Please feel free to view the projects.

DEC 2020 Monthly Update

Finally, we had reach end of year 2020. Happy New Year 2021, wish all healthy and safe at home. 2020 Dec is a busy monthly for my blogs with ideas on Scratch projects and media. I have consolidate the list below for readers to relook those projects that you may be interested to explore more. I believe we are learning new things every month and hope we can explore more in 2021.

NOV 2020 Monthly Update

Nov 2020 is a special month for US as it is US President Election. With COV19 around, more cases of infection, there are more kids staying home to be safe. As for our blog, we have hit 50 articles been released on this blog. I hope we can engaged with people who like our articles, projects. We have launched learnAnimateSG to learn more animation rather than using Scratch. And hopefully, new ideas can be generated. Summary for this month project.

OCT 2020 Monthly Update

In Summary, I had been busy with my school exam. Hence, there is not much activities except I have done couple of projects for special day celebration. I have added tiktok account for release some simple short video.

SEP 2020 Monthly Update

What a month, we are done classes on our Facebook live and Zoom. It has been a great month for deadly-eyes. And we are also on Instragram.

I am strolling alone in the park during CB (Circuit Breaker) and wonder if my scratch deadly eyes will be strolling in his virtual work so he is not cage in the same place. Suddenly, I decide to let him stroll in Scratch world and see if he can walk out Scratch World!

Due recent transit from Phase 1 to Phase2, my school has re-open. I am stuck with my school home work. Still trying to allocate some time for scratch project for Jul. Please review and comments. Story has been fascinate for deadly eyes in Scratch community.
